I have had a look at the March 86G. I sorted out the .gen file and materials so the skins will show up in the game. Unfortunately, I have run into the opaque glass problem. I'm looking at that now.
I think when I finish this I'll make a .mas file with the common textures between these three GTP cars because I have noticed a lot of them.

I played with the march as well. a different cube map sorted the opaque glass. I made the car and wing as wccarbody, and all pieces of glass as WCextra1 and renamed the glass texture in the Team/Veh folder. it works perfect now.

Very nice Donnie! Could you send me what you have done so I can merge our efforts? E-mail would be fine if you want : marvinwankerstein at gmail.com If you want to tackle another GTP car the Vette T710 could use an overhaul although it would probably be best to start over with the one that was released for GTR2 since it is a fully functional car. I know you have lots of cars to do so it's cool if you don't want to.

yeah mate..let me fix a couple more things and ill pack it up with the Veh files so you can see what I did. You can redo the cockpit parts as WCextra3 and 4, and change the textures in the Team folders names. but you get what I mean. the glass textures for the interior need to be cleaned up a lil bit for a crisper edge on the banners. I ll do it up for ya.

Cool! Have you made a driver for it? No worries if you haven't. The cockpit shot in your previous post looks good. It will be nice to have that roughness cleaned up. I can also see the old transparency bug that RF has had forever (right side of the image.)

I just noticed some thing else..i change the cockpit interior glass to simple instead of multiple. it was bleeding textures from outside thru the blacked out glass. here you can see. plus the banner is a little better not much..but better. I also forgot to change the gen for the updated model in game. now you can see the proper win texture.

Alex: I have done some things to the March too so I'll merge what I've done with what Donnie has done and then post a link to the finished car. Actually, I also want to make a .mas files with all of the common textures these four cars use since there is a rather large number of them and then I'll post one link to the "finished" pack.
If you have a chance, try a race with the Vette GTP I posted and see what you think of it. It's not too bad really but it's not driveable.

is there any particular other car that your having trouble with? if so let me know. heres a link to the mas file I used. open it up and look at the GMTs with V2 for version 2 at the end of them to see what I have done. I included the Team folders so you can see the rest. www.mediafire.com/?99b1kvh5gd9vyep

Thanks a lot Donnie! I'll check them out tomorrow.
There are a few of things that could use enhancement like some smoothing on the Probe above the rear wheels and the driver head on the Vette. I couldn't figure out how to do what you suggested for that. Also, backfires on the ZX-T aren't working. I suspect a physics issue but I haven't taken the time to look into it yet.
